Draining the Irrigation Holding Tank

 


In anticipation of getting clean water in the future, we're having a jetter/vac truck come out later this week to remove the silt from the tank. As you can see, it does not take long to fill the tank with silt when the water coming from upstream is muddy. This is why we try to dump water when conditions are bad: to keep this junk out of our pipes and off of your landscaping (and sidwalks and cars).
