Trail Closures for Collaborative Clean Up of Compton Drainage Ditch

Image
The start date for the clean-up will be this Saturday, August 24, 2024 at approximately 0900 hours. Most of the work will take place on the weekends, but there may be occasional weekday workdays between 1630 and 2000 hours (after children have been to school and back). Most of the major work of getting the trees cut and removed is anticipated to take until the end of September. Then when the irrigation water is turned off November 1, the contractor will be removing the grass and bushes. Below is the signage that will be placed at the trail entrances on A-frame barricades, alerting neighbors that it is not safe to enter the area during construction. Please avoid the area and ensure your kiddos don't wander back there for everyone's safety. Thank you all for being patient. Once Phase One is complete, the Board is hoping to have further details to share about Phase Two and the final outcome of the Compton Drainage Ditch. If you have any questions, please contact the Board via Cott...

This is a safety measure for the contractors and our neighbors. Barriers should go up prior to construction. Thank you for your patience as your Board was able to work out the details of this massive undertaking and thank you to our partners on this ...
