2026 Annual Assessment Postcards will be arriving soon.
Please keep an eye out over the next couple of weeks for the brightly colored postcards with the Annual Assessment information for 2026. These assessments are due January 30 of each year. The assessments for 2026 will remain at $220 for the calendar year. Also, per HB 25-1043, the Board is required to post a link to a Department of Regulatory Agency (DORA) website regarding curing any delinquent assessments and to inform the unit owner about the availability of, and instructions on how to access free online information through the HOA Information and Resource Center.
