Happy Autumn! - 2025

Some of you have been asking about personal sprinkler system blow-outs (winterization). We are happy to share the landscaping contractor's information with you. Schedule now.  Also a few other Autumn things to take into consideration: Boats, trailers, campers, ATVs cannot be parked in your driveway. According to the covenants they must be in a garage or behind a six-foot fence at all times. Years ago the Board waived this covenant from Memorial Day to Labor Day. It is now time to remove your toys, park them in the garage or get them behind the fence. If the Board finds that neighbors do not comply, the summertime waiver will be removed. Speaking of trailers, per the City of Fruita there is an ordinance against parking trailers on City streets for more than a twelve (12) hour loading/unloading period.
