Sheeple will be moving on soon. For now. They'll be baaaa-ck.

The sheep have munched their way through the common area between the Cotton Woods subdivision and the Red Rocks subdivision along the Compton Drainage Ditch. They will be departing soon, but do not worry, they will be back this fall and negotiations will take place over the winter to have them come back next spring.  Thank you to all of our neighbors that kept an eye on our friends and fed them animal crackers. Thank you to High County Environmental Grazing, LLC for sharing their lovely ladies with us!

Sidewalk Project Final Update 08/09/2025

Hello neighbors! The sections of crumbled sidewalk have been removed and re-poured. We have turned the pumps back on. They will be running all weekend. If you need to supplement watering, please do so between the hours of 12:00 noon and 6:00 pm so as not to interfere with the schedule.  Thank you so much to the City of Fruita for completing this project!
