Pumps Will Be On @ Midnight 04/24/2025

For those of you that followed directions, THANK YOU!  We have completed the pressure test and common area checks. All leaks have been located and isolated for repair. We are now comfortable letting the system run unattended. Should you discover a leak, please attempt to isolate with your Main Valve. If the Main Valve has failed or the break cannot be isolated, please do call 970-639-4061. Once we get all of the sprinklers located along the back trail we will bring in a contractor to lay down additional gravel on the trail now that we are confident it will no longer be washed away. Do stick to the schedule. We have 183 residences with equal time allotments and enough water and pressure to accommodate everyone if everyone follows the watering schedule. The schedule is available on the website or can be emailed to you.

Saturday April 19, 2025 - Pumps are Off

Good morning! We had to shut down the pumps. A neighbor had a break that cannot be isolated. This is perfectly normal this time of year as neighbors discover breaks that occurred over the winter. The repair will be made and we will pressure test the system again. Please leave your Main Valve closed. Thank you!

Pressure Testing the Irrigation System 04/18/2025

Greetings neighbors! Today we started pressure testing the irrigation system. We found two breaks and were able to get them isolated. The pumps will be pressuring up tonight and throughout the weekend. Please leave your Main Valves closed and do not attempt to water just yet (these rains should keep the landscaping watered nicely) until we give the go-ahead. If you have a leak on your property or observe a leak in the common areas, please call the message line 970-639-4061 so we can give that area some attention. We appreciate you!

Irrigation Season 2025 on the Horizon

The water is clearing up and we will begin the process of getting the system up and running this upcoming week. Please make sure you are prepared, Main Valves closed, and if you have an emergency that requires shutting the pumps down, please call the Message Line at 970-639-4061. Tell a volunteer thank you, this is a time consuming and difficult task to coordinate each year, and we would be lost without those that donate their hours and sweat to this project! The watering schedule will remain the same this year, that document is available on the website, or we can email you a copy. Thank you!
