Hello neighbors! Plese keep an eye out over the next couple of weeks for the brightly colored 2025 Annual Assessment postcard. With costs of insurance and state fees and the anticipated increase to landscaping costs (as we look over bids for 2025), there will be a ten percent increase from $200/annually to $220/annually. This increase is supported by the Governing Documents, and we do not take increasing fees lightly (fees have increased ever so slightly over the last twenty years).  Make sure that we have a current mailing address and phone number for you so that important correspondence can reach you in a timely manner.  Thank you!

Hello neighbors! A member has contacted the Board in reference to a black kitty in the neighborhood that is overly friendly and likes to invite itself into other's homes. The member was concerned about the kitty and was wondering if this description may fit someone's animal.  If this sounds like your cat, shoot the Board an email so we can let the member know the kitty is spoken for and does not need to be rescued. Thank you!
