Request for Bids - Landscaping and Sprinkler Repair 2025 Irrigation Season

The Boards of the Cotton Woods HOA and the Cottonwoods Townhomes III are partnering up to announce the 2025 Irrigation Season Request for Bids for landscaping and sprinkler repair. Due to the complicated nature of the relationship between the Main HOA and the sub-association, this bidding process entails cooperation to select one company to fulfil both bids simultaneously. Have any interested contractors please contact Cottonwoodspres@gmail.com AND cw3thhoa2016@gmail.com to receive a copy of both RFBs. Companies that do not submit to both Boards will not be considered.  The RFB process begins today, September 1, 2024 and will close on October 31, 2024. Both Boards would appreciate our membership getting the word out so that we may choose the best candidate for the job! Thank you so much, in advance, for your assistance.

Happy Labor Day Weekend - Trailer and Recreational Vehicle Policy Reminder 9/1/2024

We hope everyone is having a fantastic weekend, and that you had a chance to enjoy the recreational opportunities that make living in Fruita so awesome! This is your reminder that boats, trailers, ATVs, and campers must be parked behind a six-foot privacy fence or must be stored off site from the end of Labor Day weekend to the beginning of Memorial Day weekend . Your Board will begin sending letters to those that need a reminder in a couple weeks. Please review our Governing Documents, available on our webpage and provided to you at the time of transfer of your property. Also, with the end of the irrigation season coming up in six weeks (48 day to be exact, but who's counting?), this would be an excellent time to book your sprinkler blow-outs and swamp cooler servicing.  Enjoy the rest of your weekend!
