Failed Repair at Neighbor's Property 5/26, 2024

The pumps are off. One of our neighbor's attempted a repair between 12:00 and 6:00, and it failed. That is why we ask, insist really, that all major repairs wait until Wednesday when the pumps are off, so you have the time to take your time and do a good job so there is not a failure and the pumps to the subdivision have to be turned off. We will update you here when the repair has been repaired and the pumps are back on.  Update 5/27 - pumps are back up, friends.

Main Valve Break 5/10/2024 ... Update 5/11/2024

We have had another neighbor contact us about a break. This one looks pretty easy to fix (no digging involved), so we anticipate having the pumps back up by tomorrow evening. We will update the post when that happens. This is what happens every year. We anticipate more, but maybe we'll get lucky. Keep your fingers crossed, and if you have an irrigation water emergency call the Message Line: 970-639-4061. Update 5/11/2024 The pumps are back up and running. We had a little hiccup, but isolated the problem so the pumps could continue to run.

Main Valve Break 5/04/24 ... updated 5/7/2024

The pumps are back off while a neighbor replaces their broken Main Valve. Sorry. This is normal: it happens every year. Update 05/07/2024: the Main Valve has been replaced. The pumps will be turned back on to run on the regular schedule. Wednesday is the off day, but they will run Thursday. Please keep to the schedule (as much as we would love to have everyone run out and turn on their systems all at once - the pumps cannot push enough water for 183 residences to water in tandem). Thank you!

Pumps are On 5/4/2024

Good morning! Go ahead and open your Main Valves and check your timers. Stick to the schedule. If you have a leak, or a neighbor flooding you out, give us a call. After a couple of calls this morning, we believe we have all leaks shut down. Happy Irrigation Season everybody!
